These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between APROS GLOBAL ("Company") and the user ("Client") who wishes to avail any promotions that Apros Global offers. By using any offer, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not proceed. The Company is offering an special price ($299) on landing page development services to eligible Clients or a year of free hosting by developing the Client's website withs the Company Apros. To be eligible for the discount, Clients must meet the criteria set forth by the Company, which may include but is not limited to deadlines, project scope, payment terms, or any other requirements specified by the Company. The Client must follow the instructions provided by the Company to redeem the discount. Failure to do so may result in the Client being ineligible for the discount. The discount offer is valid until the expiration date is till november 20 of 2023. The Client must redeem the discount before this date.The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or any other form of compensation. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount offer at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. The Client understands and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the discount offer.

- To be eligible for the free hosting offer, customers must have a website developed with at least 5 pages by the Company during the campaign period.
- The free hosting includes 80 GB of storage. 6GB RAM . Unlimited bandwith, daily backups. Dedicated CPanel.
- The free hosting will be activated immediately upon the contract date and will be automatically renewed at the standard rate after the initial 12-month period.
- Customers can cancel the free hosting service at any time after finished the development of the website and having completed 100% of the payment by providing written notice. Any hosting fees beyond the initial 12-month period will be billed at the standard rate.
- This offer is limited to one website per customer. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
